How ridiculous Yep doesn’t work and you can’t use the scale without the app, so what a big fat waste of money the only app that works is one in a foreign language

Bought a new scale which required I download this rotten app. Doesn’t open, so now I have to take the scale back… waste!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time. It doesn’t work. Doesn’t open at all. Terrible! Wont let you use scale without the app- app doesn’t work- basically waste of time and money.

Why do we need a app before getting on the scale.. this is the worst and then a person will need a organization code… its stupid return this asap

For all those complaining that the app doesn’t work with the Walgreens scale that prompts you to download the Healthcoach app…you downloaded the wrong app. You have to download the Beurer Healthcoach app.
Not the correct app
Use the health coach app with the word bureau in front of it.

This is not the correct app for the Walgreens scale….
“Organisation” code
Asks for an organisation code with isn’t even spelled right in the first place. Where do you want me to get an organization code from. Have to send this scale back now.

What I can’t understand, why is Walgreens selling this scale that requires an app that doesn’t work anymore? To everyone coming here to do what I’m doing, put in back in the box and return it.
