Love that you can switch Drs easy frm app
Being able to do things from the app is not only very convenient but sometimes when you have confusion/cognitive issues you can’t function enough to do phone calls. I went 5yrs with no Dr&medical care that my health declined when my Dr retired&I was too confused to make calls,this would’ve been a life saver then but I’m glad to have the option now.

App doesn’t work
The app isn’t working properly I haven’t been able to log in using the app but if I go into the website it’s works just fine. App has a bug that needs fixing

Covered things range from amazing to why will you not cover something so simple and is cost effective. And customer service is trained to not answer your questions. They just regurgitate the corporate nonsense and will not have a conversation with you.

Not a great plan
I live in staten island and with this plan not alot of drs here take it. Other plans give you more than 25.00 otc a month. Looks like come Oct a lot us us seniirs will be leaving

My primary care was switched by Healthfirst. I can not even open the updated info on the app bc the tab for primary care does not work

Not sure why it's not working for so many items
This card keep having me to put back simply items like unsalted crackers am not happy for that
