No way to report income

Useless app aside from applying to the program entirely... still no way to report income except just calling in repeatedly slamming "0" and waiting days for a call back, hopefully i'm not in the subway when they call LOL they send a ton of letters reminding us to repprt income but there is no way to report income in this app

Apps been down for months

I have been trying to scroll within the app for months always stating “load case failed” or “unable to connect to system”. I love the app but would love for whatever bug that is going on be squashed. Thank You

Too long to update

It ll give me balances from days ago and never shows me the required documents. No option to submit documents either.

Please fix this!

The app isn’t accurate at all. Idk whose information that is on my profile. They never answer the phone- I’ve been on hold for 5 hours. There’s no way to submit documents unless THEY are expecting them. Stupid system!
