The most useless app in the world. It never loads your cases, documents or anything but maybe the payments. You can’t apply or check the status of your cases. Whoever monitors this app has obviously never tried to use to as an end user. Typical NYC employee though. Useless to actual help us.

Missing information on portal
Information from my cases are missing and even my payments to show what i’m getting and also i jus apply for food stamps and i dnt see the information in the app at all

I love this app I don’t know why but I think that’s how the system keeps up with ur information but it’s a good thing I’m saying for a bad thing

They are not loading after you submit an app for your eligibility. You cannot submit your documentation.

I can’t access my account
For some odd reason every time I try to connect in the app, it keeps stating that that the connect has failed or I simply don’t have an account. And it frustrating that it has a login/connecting cap, that I had to wait 30 minutes to do it again. Why can’t there be another way to submit documents., via the web and etc. instead of the app.

Honestly, this app has a lot of glitches and when I upload documentation, they always say that it’s not uploaded or they don’t see it in the system so there’s a lot of bugs and kinks in this app that you just need to be fixed
