This app is very buggy. When you want to tap on the information you need, there’s always a hard time because the system is always down. And my paperwork always shows late.

This app needs update and better options for example if you need a letter it should be automated and if you want to submit documents it be possible with out a cap
Medicaid
Paperless I can never update paperless when I do it rejects it. I can’t update to email. I can’t connect all my cases. It’s a nightmare I try I can’t. I was now. I don’t even know if I still have benefits and anytime I try to call. no one answers the phone.
Awful. Just use desktop
The app is buggy. Constantly redirects you to their web page anyway. Plus the phone numbers they tell you to call are 100% useless. It’s never the right extension. Save your time and go in person this app has screwed me over for 6 years now

I have a saving issue
Hi, I love this app it is very easy to use. Everything is right there in your phone. However I have an issue with saving my info when being put in. I want to be able to put the information that’s made to stay in once added. In my opinion that glitch is something a lot of people do not want to do every time they have to open the app.

Unhappy with the slow response to my request for Medicaid no update on the site
They won’t fix server error
I lost my benefits because of this app. I contacted tech support but they did absolutely nothing to help. I couldn’t upload documents so they kicked me off SNAP.

Im so happy NYC ACCESS HRA has this App it saves so much time because who wants to call and never get through and who wants to go to a HRA branch and wait on a line so yes this App was a great idea
City does not care about its people
The apps don’t work. The phone and website sends you to the app. People are stuck. Why are you taking our tax money and not doing your jobs?
There have some wrong on this app
Some operations are just one step away from completion, but then the webpage link fails and cannot be reconnected by refreshing.
