The HRA mobile app is built comprehensively. It is also clean and easy to use. Uploads work and confirm on user tech side not sure why HRA repeating ask for the same documents. Most of the time have to go in person to

I can’t login
The website sucks and now I can’t even login to the app. Why does everything that has to do with government, has to be like this in America!!
Application process
No updates added while waiting for a decision. Application submitted over a month ago and status is the same!
Updates are slow
I believe that this app doesn’t reflect my case updates fast enough, there has been times that I have uploaded documents and it was not received on time. It would help to avoid being sanctioned due to lack of support. Also, it would be helpful if we can also chat with workers if necessary. Not everyone can make it in the office all the time just for questions.
