The Health@Home Personal Health Gateway provides the ability to upload device data from any device that adheres to the PCHA's Continua Guidelines. The structure of the uploaded data follows ISO/IEEE, IHE, and HL7 specifications allowing it to be used in the broader healthcare ecosystem. The application can be used in conjunction with a FHIR server or with any cloud service supporting the PCHA's Continua Guidelines for observation uploads.
