Simple and easy set up, biometrics enabled options, food benefits barcode scanner, and store locations feature. Does exactly what it should do without any of the bells and whistles. Protects your identity during the setup with phone number text message verification, and biometrics feature for future logins ease. Manually also type the food barcodes from the store’s app before shopping in store. Convenient and effective app.

Not easy
Having to bounce between different sites and diligently search for the HB link is very time consuming via the website. The HB App on my iPhone constantly tells me either the login user name requires an email, where the website login is setup with just a username, not an email. Regardless of which one I enter via the App it says either the username or PW is incorrect. Yet, I can login via HeathSafe ID.com without an issue with my username and password. At that point I spend 10 minutes searching for the HB link.

There is no way, that I can tell, to see what you can actually spend your benefits on in a store. Whether you use the app or computer.🙄
App Keeps hanging when logging in
Very unstable app on the iPhone unfortunately. Difficult to log in. Also states grocery items shopped online via the app won’t let you check out as it says some items are out of stock and to remove the item yet it doesn’t tell you which item is out of stock! Terrible app
