Tried Safeway - no savings to be found and no clue on the program, same at CVS. Walmart I finally saved my first $0.60. The coupons in app are a joke. I liked the idea, but execution is flawed.
App needs improvement
Does not open, cannot use it at the store at checkout, but the biggest issue is that you can’t talk with customer support or service staff without being charged for their services. If I had to do it again I wouldn’t!!!!!

This card doesn’t work!
The app shows it has a balance and it is active but every time I try to use it it won’t work. This has been going on for a long time now and it is frustrating to see my balance being taken back. What a scam!

I can’t pull up my barcode
Requested a new card and no idea if one is being sent or what
Scan code missing now
The app is now useless as it no longer has a scannable code for stores to use. We are forced to carry our physical cards now. Please fix this.
Does not work. No help provided.
The bar code does not appear any longer and when I tried to fine help there isn’t even a phone number to call.
Terrible functionality
The app works occasionally and generally stops working when I’m making my larger produce purchases. There is not published tech or customer service number online. If eventually

Barely works if at all
The app doesn’t work consistently and now I can’t even get the barcode to show up so I can use it to buy the fruit and vegetables! Need this to be more user friendly!
NEED to fix SCANNER!!
Please fix the barcode scanner! It DOESN’T work!! Keeps giving errors and is also not accurate when scanning the items.
