HealthyRhodes is a great way to submit documents without having to drive to locations wasting gas and waiting in line. Very easy to understand & submit documents.

Entire department is lazy and rude. The app is difficult, forget even trying to call. And all of the customer service reps are incompetent.

2 hour phone hold no answer
There’s no way to email anyone you try to call. I waited on hold for two hours. I couldn’t wait any longer. I have never received a card. They put money in my account, but I have no way to spend it because no one sent me a card.

I can’t log in. The app refuses to let me in. And now I can’t use the website either because it says I am already accessing the account….. way to go RI 👍🏻 you’re doing phenomenal
Awful
This app never works. Always get “something went wrong try again later” No notification if bill payments went through and constantly have to reset password because it won’t recognize it. The app is way out of sync with the Healthscource system and the user interface is janky at best. Always end up calling anyway to make sure uploaded documents and payments go through. This app is useless.

Every time I log in, it says something went wrong… it’s been broken for about a month now.

App periodically doesn’t allow you to log in, even if you clear cache and turn your phone off. Very frustrating and a huge waste of time
Buffering issues
When I log in to make a payment (using face recognition) I come to a message saying there is a problem. It then buffers. I cannot make a payment using this app. It worked only once before. Very frustrating to say the least.
