Best meditation app
I’ve tried a couple of apps for getting a good night sleep and relaxing myself. This one is best for me by far. Meditations with Trainer is the one I like the most as it’s meditating LIVE with a trainer (unlike a recorded video) and from the convenience of my home, literally anytime of the day or night.

Technical issue
App is not working properly, I have reinstalled it and after login, the home page continuously getting refreshed and not allowing to choose certain options.
Must have app
Very helpful, lot of options to explore and make use of. Everyone should have it on phones.

This meditation practice takes me deeper than other more guided apps. It took me some practice to get the hang of it, but I get it now and love it!
