No support for foreign visitors
Tried installing the app with a foreign number but an error came up. Zero support despite multiple chats that ended with bots that gave the same response that an agent is coming to help but never show up.
You should really do that!
I really hope someone would see this and actually take it seriously!
We really need a new app designed because the current design is way too basic (not in a good way) but in a way that makes me don’t want to use it anymore too slow no Epayment, I understand you guys want to make the app easier to use but it’s actually making it easier to make me us a different app. THANK YOU.

Heetch est le pire service de VTC disponible. Le prix est peut-être intéressant mais le manque de fiabilité n'en vaut pas la peine !
Au menu :
- Refus de rembourser les frais d'annulation quand le chauffeur ne vient jamais
- Fausse position des véhicules sur la carte
- Mauvaise plaque ou identité (peu de vérifications sur les chauffeurs)

Une pure rétrogradation, permettre à un parti de négocier un montant complètement différent de l’algorithme a totalement réduit les chances d’ententes entre clients et chauffeurs
