App is really unstable, cannot upload passport and the app keeps closing.

I’m very disappointed with the app. I’m trying to get my account number to fund this account as you guys are saying, the virtual car will be closed within two days if it’s not funded. I can’t find my account number anywhere and even when I go to top up and initiate a transfer from my bank account when I try to copy the number for the account number there
