The worst platform and customer support
I do not recommend to use it. First of all it costs $100 a month, second of all you cannot see anything with it and it does it help you with anything. If you want to return your money, you will not be able to do anything and even if you try to ask your bank to return the money, Helium will just lie to your bank that you used the platform whenever you asked for the refund. You cannot ask the customer support for nothing because they don’t have any phone number. I am still trying to get my money after two months and they still didn’t return my money. The most interesting thing is that they provided the evidence of me using the platform from a year ago. So basically helium is getting all the money by using fraud on their customers. I do not recommend them because first their customer support is literally the worst, second it is expensive and they do not return money. There is much better platforms to use that are much cheaper and their customer support actually does something.

PPC data does not sync. Known issue. They refuse to fix
Contacted Helium 10 since our PPC data is not syncing and not taken into calculation for Profits. This was their response:

Horrible Company
This is a horrible company. The information is available elsewhere. The service is overpriced and it is difficult to cancel. They charge us for a full month after we had cancelled. We noticed it after one day and they refused to refund our money. Avoid this company at all costs!
Used to be great
All I need it too do is tell me sales and costs. It stopped calculating profit. Shows it at 125% I wish. I ask for a fix and they said they are not doing any work on the app. This isn’t a free app. The software costs me a bunch. This needs to work NOW
App tabs are Compressed
The tabs on the app are messed up. The photo and the writing are on top of each other making it an eye sore to look at. Please fix bug
Kicks you out all the time
Terrible app. Do not recommend. It kicks you out all the time and you have to relog every time. Now they are pushing their new version , so the block old version from view and insist you try new demo if you try to avoid it it will kick you out of the app. Hate this !!!! Ps: we are a business and pay monthly subscription fee. Now actively looking for another alternative.

Not that great
yes it’s good at what it does. but they charge so much. i’m paying 40$ a month and i can only click on 2 products and key words a day. it’s ridiculous if i click the same key word or product twice that’s all i get. It makes it very hard to get anything done and it has required me to write everything down. I don’t get why they can’t jsut make it a new key word limit and you can always check the keywords you have pinned, but no you only get 2 clicks a day. Not worth the money!

Poor customer service
Customer service was very rude and not helpful. Was going to renew my subscription but I can do without.
Doesn’t work well with iPhone 14 pro max
Great app just not compatible with iPhone 14 pro max icons are not adjusted properly
Used to be good app, but quite buggy lately
Was logged out intermittently. Being forced to switch to “demo data”. Does not calculate profits correctly any more. Mixed up ASINs from other sellers… many problems and can not fix them quickly. Still waiting.
Inconsistent data with web and android
I have this installed on both Android and iOS and also use the web version.
The Profits data seen on my iOS is always way higher than the numbers on my Android Helium10 app and web. It’s connected to the same store, refunds, units sold, etc, all have the same numbers, just the actual profit number is off by a lot.
Please look into this.

We need the chrome extension or on safari
App is great but it would be nice to have the browser extension to ease the search process.

Thanks for the 5 star review! Appreciate the feedback as well. While we don't have the full extension capabilities, you are able to go to any Amazon product, 'Share' it to Helium 10 to pull up the product details, sales data, and keywords. Hope that helps!
Don’t use this app
I can’t login by pasting anything. For security reasons, i have jumbled passwords that are many characters long and this system disables paste making it much more insecure. I’m not using shorter passwords. Would you?

App is Okay
It’s alright. Adtomic is broken on mine. It doesn’t show any of my data. Support won’t fix it. They keep sending me random update email saying they’re still working on it. It’s been over a month now.

Clean app but could use improvements
App is very clean, intuitive, and user friendly. Alerts through push notifications are helpful.
Only downside is that I wish it allowed you to view profit, not just gross sales revenue because the Amazon app already provides gross sales details. If this app had the ability to toggle between gross sales and profit, this would easily be a game changer for monitoring sales.

Potential - But not there yet
I was excited about this app. And it has so much potential. But it doesn’t give me more than I can get on the Amazon Seller App. And the Amazon Seller App lets me pick a certain date for sales.
I’d like to see this pull from my Helium account Net Profit and also the ability to customize the Profit views.
There is also no “Help” or Tour of the App.
