沒有責任感的中介，陪月質素差，一星也不值
假的
確實能請到helper. 但都是不負責任、清潔不乾淨的. Helper評分功能也是假的，根本不能直接反映helper的優劣. App設計不錯，但裡頭盡是質素低劣的helper.
can’t get in
tells me i have invalid mobile number which it isn’t and so i can’t sign up. huge waste of my time
so much trouble and misleading
the app did not present all the info clearly which mislead me and we ended up have to pay penalty fee to cancel the service! and the app died when i tried to cancel the service! so much trouble!
Poor customer service
First time entitled $5 off and I have booked a service from them and sent them the job number with my hourly price there to show them that they did not minus off the $5, till now more then a week no reply.
It different from their core value written in their wed page. And the best part is that you can’t find any cancel job in the app which mean you have no choice but to go with their service. You have been warn!!!
