確實能請到helper. 但都是不負責任、清潔不乾淨的. Helper評分功能也是假的，根本不能直接反映helper的優劣. App設計不錯，但裡頭盡是質素低劣的helper.

tells me i have invalid mobile number which it isn’t and so i can’t sign up. huge waste of my time
so much trouble and misleading
the app did not present all the info clearly which mislead me and we ended up have to pay penalty fee to cancel the service! and the app died when i tried to cancel the service! so much trouble!
Poor customer service
First time entitled $5 off and I have booked a service from them and sent them the job number with my hourly price there to show them that they did not minus off the $5, till now more then a week no reply.
It different from their core value written in their wed page. And the best part is that you can’t find any cancel job in the app which mean you have no choice but to go with their service. You have been warn!!!

上星期五用呢個app幫我找到幫手，但現在那位幫手（卿姐）突然二日前甩底。我星期四要幫手的，突然甩底又冇通知，真的被玩死。

Irresponsible part time maid provided
Very unhappy and upset about e service they provide and e job that their part time maid do, job unfinished, just left saying times up, I told her I add 1 hr more for her as she not even finish vaccum and mop e floor. Her reply was no she can't mop e floor as her time is up and reply me in a way like I am suppose to finish mopping e floor by myself, omg

Can't even register. Please do something about the apps. Keeps telling my mobile is invalid if not saying code will be sent within 90 seconds but I didn't receive it at all.
Very good and fast to find a helper
Can choose my own domestic helper, that’s great!
