The search function does not work at all
This app is a disgrace to the desktop version of Helpspot. The most basic functionality, which is to look up ticket numbers or even customer names is not returning any search result no matter what you do. The inbox message list only shows the ticket #, sender and subject line. It does not show the first line in the email content, so if it is a system generated email notification where the sender and email subject line is always the same, you have to open each and evert ticket until you find which one you need to action. Userscape’s mobile app team has to up their game big time. The Helpspot app, as it is right now, is very useless.

Has some serious potential
Their software is pretty solid, and the browser based UI is clean. Works like a charm, but the mobile app is less than usable most times. The UI is really cool, when it works. Sadly a majority of the time we get the error “cannot retrieve the specified request”. This error is 50/50, when the error does not pop up the tickets load and it is awesome! Fingers crossed and hoping some updates come to fix that error.

Needs a lot of work!
This app needs so much work. It’s buggy and very limited on the functionality.
Update please?
Needs a bit more polish, a bit neglected after 1+ years, please update. Great product! Best Helpdesk software I've used.
Nice, albeit somewhat neglected mobile interface
I love HelpSpot and use it for managing customer service and sales for my small business. It helps us coordinate activity, track customer interactions and automate basic tasks. I was very excited when they introduced the mobile app with version 4, as it makes it easier to answer requests on the go (and the web interface is not that mobile friendly). Unfortunately, the app has not received the same level of polish. There are bugs in text formatting, it crashes occasionally and the interface can unresponsive. I would really value the app if it kept receiving polish and improvements.
