App doesn’t even work. Terrible check in. No hot water. They charge $30 sgd for a plastic card.
Would recommend a different hotel
This apps technology is extremely out of date for the photo you must submit. It has taken over a day and I have to reach out to customer support to simply retrieve my hotel key. Simply put it is a large inconvenience and would recommend a different hotel as a result.
Worst app you can find
Instructions incomplete. You have to guess what to do. Try and error the location of the photo need to be on the screen. OCR function is buggy , birthday always off by a day. After completing registration when you go back to the app always shows error message without explanation.
