Verdict
Heritage Collection and NETS App both sit at 1.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 25% of Heritage Collection's written reviews are positive against 7% of NETS App's. Heritage Collection also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
NETS App holds the better App Store score, 1.5 against 1.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 32 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Heritage Collection's written reviews are positive against 7% of NETS App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Heritage Collection ships an update every 3 weeks, NETS App every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
