Great Idea, Great App
First off the idea is great! Then to take that idea and turn it into reality in a great app like this is awesome!! I will be using this app a lot!
My kids are my world, I’m the world to my kids.
This is by far the easiest app I’ve ever said yes to. I have four kids and a fifth on the way, and while we’ve had countless meaningful moments, I know many of them will fade with time because they’re still so young.
This app lets me freeze time where it is. It gives me a place to capture my thoughts in the moment and leave pieces of myself for my kids to understand when they’re older.
My favorite feature is the prompts. After a long day, you’re drained and don’t always know what to say. The prompts remove that friction and help surface meaningful stories and reflections that my kids will truly cherish one day.

Skeptical I would use it..I was surprised.
I have 5 kids, and one of my friends recommended this app to me. He told me how helpful it was in capturing memories that otherwise he would forget. Sonic downloaded it with pretty much zero expectations. Literally within 2 days I was using it nonstop to document memories, and moments that I wanted to capture and give to my kids. I did not think I would really use this and now I don’t see myself not using it. So cool. Highly recommend.

As a dad, you need this!
I’ve been using this every night & it’s so easy to use! I’m very grateful my kids will be able to have this forever no matter what happens to me.
Forget the journal!
This app made it easy to organize, make and collect stories I want to leave for my daughters forever. It gives me piece of mind knowing my children will have this, even if something happens to me.

This is one of the most meaningful apps I’ve ever used. Hey Dad makes it easy to record stories for your kids to watch later in life. Highly recommend!
