HeyGen is the best video production assistant I ever had! Takes care of the lighting, the recording, your very own clones that actually look like you and your voice that even your kids recognise. A creative workaholics dream!

AI avatar is cool BUT so many faults!

If I were just basing this on the video creation tools themselves then I would easily give this five stars. However, after paying $29 a month and getting 1200 credits, I attempted to make a video that cost 60 credits, ran into an error and lost the 60 credits anyway. I then proceeded to make two more videos for 60 credits of pop and those were successful. I then look at my remaining balance and I have 503 credit credits remaining. I’m missing 500+ credits in addition to the 60 that were due to a fault of the app. There’s absolutely no way to contact anyone via the app or desktop or any other means. So in my situation I’m just screwed basically and there’s no one there to fix it. I will not be renewing with them now or anytime in the future. Canceling is also a headache as you have to be on a desktop; you’re not able to cancel through the app or through the mobile site. I recommend that everyone steer clear. Such a shame because this app had a lot of potential.
