Unlike Move Scooters there is no way to remove cards from your wallet which is inconvenient
They won’t let me choose my card instead of wallet
I have tried using my card instead of my wallet but I cannot “choose my card”. So I have to add money to my app wallet but then I need to have atleast 8.5 dollars in my apps wallet. At this point I just want my card removed.
Fun ride, annoying bike
Whenever you start up the bike or end your ride, there is an amazingly loud, incredibly annoying cartoon voice that comes up over speakers imbedded in the bike, letting everyone around you know what’s happening. Not great for late night in residential areas.
Also, it restricts movements. The law states you’re not allowed going over 25 km/h in Halifax on an e-scooter. Instead of letting you, the rider, make that decision, if you start going downhill and gravity picks you up and takes you past 25, the bike starts making an incredibly loud, annoying beeping, and then applies breaks for you.
Lastly, they charge you just for turning on the bike. Regardless of how far you take it. Like charging you for the pleasure of charging you to use the bike.

Great ride but cost is actually double
When they force you to top up, the unused spending ends up doubling up your cost. I’d characterize this as sneaky cash grab.
Fun but challenging to end a ride
I picked up and dropped the scooter at the same location but it wouldn't let me end the ride. It took 5 mins to figure it out and the. I was able to end it in the middle of the road into the hotel. I shut it down and then moved it off to the sidewalk and it was fine.
Need a scooter? No problem…. Wait, no scooters
Need to rethink your charging plan or schedule before you release a service. No scooters available this weekend 👍

Very bad app
Its is a very bad app if you purchase pass no scoter is on very bad app. I dont recommend it to anyone. “Move” is a better app easy to use.
Poor app
Installed app but not accepting payment by credit cards save 2 but didn’t succeeded. 2 card saved couldn’t even delete them. Finally have to delete the account and uninstalled the app. Couldn’t reach customer care might be because of odd hours. Never faced this issue in any country e scooter app. If this wallet recharge problem was temporary then please fix it.

Great ride
Used your scooter for the first time. Loved my experience. Love the blinker option and the brakes work great! Some scooters I have used in the past have VERY touchy brakes which makes going down hills difficult. This ride was perfect. Thank you!
App won’t refund my money
I had $20 in my wallet I wanted refunded as I haven’t been in Halifax since July and I’ve contacted a few times through email but no reply. I’ve got a new card since then so a reply would be nice.
The money shows that it’s gone from my wallet now too but I never got the money back. When you click other ways to contact nothing happens.
