time. The app is not user friendly and is difficult to navigate. It often freezes or fails to load properly, making it frustrating to use. Needs significant improvements to performance and usability.

أقل ما يقال عن هذا التطبيق انه سيء و يعطي صورة غير جيدة عن جودة الخدمات المقدمة ، أحاول أدخل أكثر من مرة و غيرت الباسورد اكثر من مرة و تواصلت مع الايميل ، تطبيق سيء و خدمة عملاء اسوء
لا استطيع دفع قيمة التذكرة من خلال التطبيق
منذ اكثر من ٤ ساعات وانا احاول الدفع من خلال التطبيق ل حجز ٧ اشخاص واكمل البيانات وعند الدفع تأتيني رسالة بحدث خطا ما حاول ثانية واحاول بلا فائدة سواء من خلال AplPay او عن طريق بطاقة مدى
Unreliable service
Would give fewer stars if I could. The app stops working on whim, continues to not work for days and then suddenly starts working again on a random check. Couldnt even mange to get tickets from there.
Juice
They make you pay for extra luggage for nothing and you see other people bringing at least three luggage per person. You won’t see a difference between them and Jews when it comes to money.

Worst application ever and website. It crashed 24 hours prior to my flight time. So I ended up by Ubering to the airport 6 hours before my flightvto get abgood Uber deal On jeddah airport

للاسف التطبيق ضعيف جدا ولا يواكب التطور التكنولوجي الذي نحن فيه
وابسط العمليات لا يمكن ان تتم بسهوله مثل: اعادة تعبين كلمة المرور لي قرابة اسبوع احاول استعادتها ولم انجح.

Every time i try to book, it says no seats available even though it’s not yet sold out 😡

Worst app
Entered all information for me and my family and when it came to the payment. my payment was declined. once that happened, the app started over. I had to start all over again fill info for 5 people.
Take a taxi
You’ll pay way less and there’s less headache. The app does not work when you need to open it at the station, causing you to either pay the premium first class seat at the station. Then, you’ll be double charged for both tickets.

Unlike the website you can NOT modify or cancel your tickets without having an account , you try to retrieve the account no response , you try to create another and after entering lots of information it just freezes then restarts without creating the account.

Very bad. Can’t login after many many times. They asked too many information i.e. passport, date of birth, phone, …., yet can’t login or delete the account

المفترض القطار من ضمن المواصلات العامه وتكون اسعاره رخيصه وفي متناول اليد خاصه للعوائل الكبيره تفاجأة ان للاسعار مقاربه او اغلى من اسعار الطيران ،، كنت اتمنى ان اتفاخر بانه لدينا مواصلات بديله لكن للاسف وصلنا متأخر بدون وعي

The app keeps crashing, and the website is showing error messages… I have been trying to sign up for the past 30 minutes with no result, and until now I don’t know how to book this train and finalize my travel arrangements.
I’m sure the trains booking experience is as terrible as the register experience.

Cant Login
I cannot log into the app. I’ve changed my password multiple times and I still cannot login and I did not receive any response from customer service.
