Limited Functionality
I have the Hi-Kumo app (Hi-Box) in conjunction with the Wireless Thermostat ATW-RTU-07. There are some conflicts with the two controls.
On my system only the Space heating schedule can be set on the app but heating and hot water can be turned on and off. The app is simple but does not provide enough information as to what part of the system has priority.
I also find that you are logged out after about 30sec and have to log back into the app again. This is not adjustable.
The help section is very good as it contains access to the user manual for my system.

Loses Connection
The app works fine for a day or so - then loses connection for no apparent reason, and the only way to reestablish connection is to power unit down and go through the pairing again.
The pairing process is hit and miss - sometimes it works, more often than not it doesn’t. Cant seem to get help anywhere other than the manual. This was not cheap to set up - kinda hoped for better! :-(

Tech geek here so paid a bit more for this
After two days the app says “Error the device is disconnected or the indoor unit is not powered” and the only way to fix the problem is to cycle the power. Hitachi support has said this is a fault with the app.
