The music doesn't sync
I wish the musics were connected with Apple Music, as I have a subscription. It wants me to buy the music. When I try to play the sound, the move doesn't sync properly.

I love how it syncs the music for you! Sometimes it’s a little glitchy when a song ends and I want to play it again right away for practice, it freezes and I have to exit the app and get back in
New update awful for iPad
Does not work on my expensive iPad purchased just for High. I’ve spent hours and hours, reached out for help from High, friends, family, fellow instructors. I’m so tired of the technical problems.
Yes, buy your high instructor subscription, buy your speakers, pay for a new apple phone, not an iPad.

For the love of High
Words cannot express how much High Fitness has changed my life for the better. I was scared to try it and feared that I would be laughed at. I found quite the opposite! Instead of laughing at me.. the instructors encouraged me and before long we were laughing together. I found my people… my community! Before long I took a leap of the bravest proportion and became certified as a High Instructor. No looking back!

Songs don’t match up
Many of the timing on the songs don’t match up with the video, making it difficult to correctly learn the choreography.
App does not recognize purchased music across shared devices

Compatability
The app doesn’t read what songs are downloaded and is not comparable with Apple Music.
Timing off
The songs and the videos are not synchronized. And sometimes the app won’t download the choreography videos at all.
Network Issues?
App is having network issues and no communication via email…please respond we have classes to teach tomorrow. App continuously doesn’t load downloaded songs. Please respond.
Playlist dont play without pressing play
After each song plays in my playlist I have to press play, it won’t automatically play the next song and I have to walk over to my phone to press play. Disrupts the flow of my class
Rarely works properly
Videos arent downloading. Also my playlist wont play through, it will play one song then stop and i have to physically push on the next song for it to play
One of my favorite things
Sometimes right before a class you find out it’s a special day for a regular participant and what they want is a certain artist! The ability to search by artist is one of my favorite things and makes it easier for me to be in touch with them as their instructor

Change speed
This was a game changer for instructors to use. If there was an option for 4.9, that’s what the stars would be. I do wish we had option to change the speed. Especially for classes with a lot of seniors we could slow down the tempo. But that’s it. Video and notes are the bomb.

I can’t even tell you how much easier this is to set up playlists. The organization of songs, the ability to purchase the correct version of songs within the app, the automatic set of bpm’s, and the line up of timing the music to full choreo is a dream come true and much better than the olden days when we had to do it all ourselves! Thank you!!!

Fix the iTunes issue please
The app is fine. But I’m constantly having issues with it disconnecting from iTunes and having to re download all of my purchased songs. I know I’m not the only one having this issue, but I seem to be the only one writing a review about it. Thankfully I’m an android user and can use audiopo in a pinch if this error happens right before a class. But with what we pay monthly for our membership, it feels very frustrating.
