Why is it dog slow?
Internet gets throttled at random hours, but usually at night. Then there’s this app. Never ever functions properly, always crashes and constantly slow. The new version is way worse than the old version. Still better than xfinity.
Not a great app
Not a great app for an internet company. Lots of bugs, the app doesn’t work most of the time as far as usage.
APP hasn’t worked in days
I’m in MI and the app has been unable to load for days (no update request) I can’t sign into my account to adjust users settings. Very frustrating especially just before Xmas. The actual internet quality is phenomenal but the app needs to be updated possibly
Does not work
All I see when I log on is a black screen with a warning stating there was a delay try again…
App is glitchy all the time
Lately it’s been saying “no activity” when there has been, it’s been freezing constantly. For a tech company I feel the app could be better. My nighthawk router was way better as far as keeping eye on things. Speeds are better than what we had also a lot more than what we paid, but still not what they told us we’d get. App update would be nice

Barely Functional
New update just made the app worse. The app was slow before, now it hardly functions. The new update removed all of my settings and the app has completely forgotten my hardware. This should all be a program on a desktop, not a phone app. Horrible design.
Enjoying my internet
I have been enjoying Highline Fast for awhile now and it has been great no complaints about fastness but for a couple of times but I think it’s worth it
Unreliable
Unreliable, does not correctly track what’s being used or is on your internet. Sure you can pause a device but rarely works.
Fix?
App is unable to load for days now. No update. Deleted and reinstalled. I pay my bill here. Please help.
Crashy Crashy
Highly unstable. Does not load properly and crashes on my iPhone 14 every single time I try to use it after 10-15 seconds. It was never great before but now it’s unusable. Also- I have a GE lightbulb that needs connecting to the internet for some reason; and when I try to use the option to block it from connecting to the internet in the app, it just says “Online-Paused” and proceeds to upload 600kbs/hr of random data for some unholy reason. However, any other device I have no problem getting to shut off from my internet connection. TV? “Offline.” PC? “Offline.” Lightbulb? Can only get it to “pause.”
Now the app is dysfunctional and my internet is unstable. Garbage! I wish a single ISP ever just worked without gouging your eyes out with prices.

Highline has changed our life
We have been so happy with Highline! It has changed our lives for the better. We use to use Verizon for our Internet service and it was terrible and we couldn’t have a ring doorbell or a printer that was online. Last night I got to hook up a brand new printer that I can print off of my iPhone. We kept our old landline phone number and now through Highline we get text messages wherever we get a call on that line. The other day when Verizon went down, we were still able to call out on our Highline telephone.

Can’t delete old router
Had a new router installed but the app will not allow the old router to be deleted and the new one added.
I LOVE HIGHLINE
My brother saw the company boxes in my new neighborhood and said “you have better internet than I do.” So I ordered Highline. I’m rural & enjoying 1G/mo for $99. The service was installed within about two weeks. They use a very high tech device for sewing your fiber optic into the ground. Let your kids watch the installation from a distance. I go to school online and stream movies at night. I’ve only had one interruption of service. The app is also very clean, simple & intuitive to use. I love my Highline Fiber Optic ISP & app.
