Literally had the page open for a product the second it was available. Size selections never popped up, the “add to cart” button stayed grayed out. Refreshed the app to see the exact same thing, couldn’t add it to my cart. Seconds later, sold out. So sick.

Its horrible! Their customer service is joke and they dont take any responsibility
They updated their customer system saying that; “ Delays or issues in delivery and shipping may occur, we ask for your patience and understanding around our limited agency in solving these issues with our courier partners.”
They dont take any responsibility if your shipment is not send by the courier. Its like a little kid, we delivered and its your business to figure it out. Its been 7 days and still my package is waiting on hold in germany. It says shipped but when I check the tracking code, its not shipped at all.
