Don’t buy the feeder
The feeder seems great for the first few months, even if it’s a bit clunky to set up. At some point, the app locked me out, asking for an additional password (separate to the one I can still log in with), meaning that I can’t access the camera or change feeding settings. We’ve tried to reset the feeder, reinstall the app, register and connect under a new account. It doesn’t work and wasn’t worth the money.

Was ok but now needs password and cannot reset
Please can someone fix this, as I can’t log in to my pet’s device and now he isn’t getting fed on the automatic schedule! It keeps asking for password, which I can’t remember and there’s no “forgot password” function :-(

The app and feeder are very good, but we’ve got an issue now where the app asks for the device password and doesn’t accept it and there doesn’t seem to be a reset option. Will try restarting.
Terrible terrible app. Literally doesn’t work.
This app is completely unusable. Here’s the main reason (among many): It says to connect to the WiFi of the device, which through a series of clunky, ill-explained screens I managed to do. Then, to actually add the device you need to do a factory reset which..guess what? disconnects you from the device. I don’t know how on earth this made it through Apple’s quality control because it is infuriating, badly designed, and simply doesn’t work.

Constant password/streaming issues
I’ve had the pet feeder for a while now, and the feeder itself is great. The app to make changes to the feeder though is a complete nightmare. It regularly prompts for the feeder password over and over, but doesn’t accept the password (even though the password is correct). The only way to fix this is to force reset the pet feeder, and re-set it up again. This tends to work for a week or so and then the password refuses to work again meaning you cannot view the camera, change any settings like feeding times or amounts, or feed remotely.

Manual feeding not working
Since the update the manual feeding function has stopped working and I no longer am receiving notifications on my phone when the scheduled feeding happens. Please contact me ASAP!
Latest update is corrupted
Ever since I updated the app, the app freezes and won’t connect to the pet feeder, so I can’t manually feed my cats during the day - am stressed out, as going away, and was relying on this
Constantly drops out
If you’re looking to feed you fur babies remotely, Good Luck! The app constantly buffers, always drops out and comes up with an error ‘unknown-100000’. Very frustrating! When it does work, works great. However getting it to work is the greatest battle.... 👎
