For the price it’s perfect for me . Other cctv installations are very very expensive . This is almost DIY with a help of a local electrician . I’m using 6+ cameras for my home . This is my second year . It reboots and connects to internet directly all by itself . Also everything is cloud storage . Till now everyjting is perfect . Sometimes try cameras go off but they come on automatically .also happy to see regular updates to the app. Hope hero is continuously working to get better with the app. Happy with the app features too . Hope in the future they can come out with even more higher resolution cameras and better waterproof adapters with all other kits.

No Video call disable. Motion detection is tied up to purchase plans
I use door bell. The app don’t have basic video call on or off toggle in app. Even if I’m at home, I have to hear door bell and a call to my phone which is double work to attend both. They put DND which disables all calls, door chime and notifications entirely and even miss logging of those notifications which is even useless. We need all notifications and events and it should be recorded. But not annoying phone calls always.
Also for motion detection it don’t work always. It logs once rarely. Customer support says need monthly subscription for Alerts to be logged always. It works only if setting changed to person detection. So if a cat steals your milk kept on door, you’re going to miss that.

Feedback for basic features
Please add a geofencing feature or a schedule based feature for home camera to move it out of home mode to away mode with automation.

Good UI and overall experience is nice. The only issue is that there is too much lag when clicking alert notifications. It takes time to open and feels unresponsive at times. Please optimize the notification performance for a smoother user experience.
Good for home security
Application is working fine for my home. I have been using the Qubo cameras and app since last 4 months now and I am satisfied with its performance.
