App problem and location issue
The product is good but now a days I found lots of issues, like incorrect location, late location updates, incorrect route mapping and loading issues.
Worst software experience from hero
The app fails to function as expected. It opens only once and then remains stuck on the splash screen. On rare occasions when it loads, the map does not update and only shows “driving” or “parking” as the status. Given the quality of your hardware products, the software is disappointing. I strongly suggest rebuilding the app from scratch, as both Qubo Go and Veda reflect poor software standards. One star only because negative ratings are not possible.

Worst Qubo App and GPS device
I purchased the Qubo GPS tracker, but the app has a serious flaw. When you try to view your car’s location on the map and zoom in to check the exact street or road, the app keeps refreshing the entire map every 3–4 seconds. This constant refresh zooms out the map again and again, so you can never actually see your car’s precise location. Instead, it only shows a distant view. This makes the GPS tracker almost useless for real tracking. I don’t understand why the company hasn’t fixed this glitch yet. Completely waste of money if you purchase Qubo GPS. Good but has a big issue
I recently purchased qubo tracker. Although product is good but issue is with the notifications. Whenever the phone is locked we dont get pop up notification sound. If the app is open then only we get sound on notification. This is a major issue and needs to be resolved. Urgently
A product with “zero” & pathetic service!!
For the one month worth of time that I used this product, I can safely say that the kind of service this product is providing is pathetic and absolutely rubbish! I sent them an email asking them to help me on the iPhone Qubo app but nobody got back to me. I sent a follow-up, nobody got back to me and you call yourself and your product a good one? For two weeks, my iPhone Qubo-Go app did not work at all and I did not know what to do! I was not able to track my vehicle with the help of this product, that I spent ₹4000 for. The product is not worth even a single star! 7th Sept. 24 I thought I would get back here to express another bit of review. Yesterday and day before I got two calls from Qubo Go company and that was even not about the complaint that I had sent on the 21st and 22nd of August. It was a call that I don’t know what it was for. They did not admit that they did not check their mailbox to revert on my emails that I had sent for their help and support and the help that I needed for the iPhone app that was not working. Such is the customer service this company is giving!! And they’re not ready to send me or reply on the emails that I have sent! Imagine….nobody replied on that! Anyone reading this review, please think 10 times before buying this product. The product could be whatever but when the service is not there, who would you call for help, when your phone app will not work to track your vehicle???
