Yep, it’s pretty bad.
Can remotely turn the Evoheat off and on, so not completely useless. But as per other reviews, temp curve is 12 hours out from actual time. Vacation Mode doesn’t seem to work at all as it just ignores the date to come back on and just stays off. Evoheat should find a new App to partner with as, given all the reviews that seem to be ignored, the app developers of Hitemp clearly have no idea or just don’t care.
OMG! It gets worse. After having to manually switch off Vacation mode, it’s impossible to turn off the electric booster. I switch it off in the app and watch as 30 seconds later it gets switched back on. I’ve done it 30 times now and it refuses to stay off. Aaaarrrrgghhh.

Crashing
Always crashing while trying to get into temp curve.

Worked for a while but is now crashing again when trying to get into Temp Curve.
Ok but keeps logging out
App seems to function ok. But it keeps on logging out. You have to enter your password every time to use this app. the support for the app seems to only be in Japanese.
Can’t even report what wrong to the app creator
Reporting problems is impossible unless you can read and know Chinese
