Customer Support???

I'm really not happy that I cannot get anyone in customer support to email me back with answers to my questions. This is the second time that I've signed up for this app and I am finding a lot of things that I scan are coming back incorrect. Things that I search are coming back with inaccurate information as far as nutrition. If I have to Google and get more accurate information what is the point of this app? There really needs to be away to edit inaccurate information even if it's just 1g off on protein or 10g more carbs than the food item is. I also don't like that the app doesn't take into consideration fiber when counting net carbs. Also, why isn't it possible to delete recently logged instead of having a grow to infinity? Where is the help for these issues?

Free trial not free

It’s a great app but not worth the cost . Says it was a free trial and still charged after I canceled :(

Best of its kind!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I was so pleasantly happy with this app after having tried so many diferent ones over the years that I felt the need to let anybody who reads reviews to know that this is the best app for nutrition tracking and goal setting out there.

You can scan the barcode of foods and 70-80% have already been pre-added to the system accurately. For the ones that aren’t it’s a quick entry and you can choose to do it for yourself or to add for the community.

It’s also less than $50 CA for a year (so less than $4 a month) very fairly priced for the convenience and assistance this app provides.

Highly Recommened
For anyone who wants to track their calories and set goals without a fuss!

Not user friendly

Very hard to use when logging meals. Already paid for a year so I will keep till it expires

Fustrating

I tried to scan the barcode and it just wouldn’t upload it. It’s saying it’s 29 grams of protein yet it’s 30 grams and it says it’s more than 11oz and it’s not

Not Free

9.99$ per month isn’t free

Good overall

Helps me monitor my nutrition

I’m liking this application

So far I’m pretty happy with it

💀🤑Too much Love 🥰👻

Dear Hiba I love the app.

Micronutrient Addition and a few notes

The app is great, the UI is easy to understand and the layout is very beginner friendly. I love the protein, carb and fat layout but a few suggestions: we should be able to see micronutrients too at least fiber, iron and vitamins as these nutrients are also important to people that track their meals. Additionally, when we add/create new food items we need to be able to put the serving size in g instead of just oz/fl oz and we should be able to put the actual weight instead of the approximates of 0.25,0.3,etc. if the developers can take this into account the app will be five star.

Love everything but the barcode scanner

This is a great app. I love how it tracks my calories and macros, but the barcode scanner doesn’t work at all. I’ve had the app for almost 2 weeks and not a single thing has scanned with the barcode.

Horrible app

One of the worst calorie tracking apps I’ve ever used. The barcode scanner doesn’t work, basic foods are missing, and it takes forever just to log one meal. The app also calculates protein, carbs, and fats incorrectly, which completely defeats the purpose of tracking calories. Somehow they still charge money for this mess. The whole app feels frustrating, unreliable, and like a complete waste of time. I deleted it and went back to MyFitnessPal because that app actually works. I would give this app zero stars if I could.

Hate the pop ups

Lagging

My over 6 months of data froze and had reset to a new account

Does not sync across iphone/ipad

That’s really my only beef. Logging food on the phone or ipad does not sync with the app on the other device. I mostly just use it for calorie tracking and i leave my phone at the door stand at home and use my ipad. Otherwise solid.
