After completing all requirements and singing up to their website my account was deleted three times in a row and keep losing my e-commerce store. Also, customer support is rude and doesn’t give proper answers.

Get away from them
I started to work with them at the beginning everything was fine. I had to ask for anti fraud system as my first invoice was a fraud. They told me that everything was under control. I bought them a card reader. I start to use it. The day after they blocked my account. Withdraw money from my bank account and start to refund all the transactions made by my clients. Saying that they were fraud. I now have to contact each client back and ask them to resend the funds through another app. Avoid hit pay. It’s the worst I have ever seen. Their compliance officer doesn’t understand anything to business

Great payment platform but app isn’t working
The app isn’t logging me in. It just keeps going back to the sign-in page. Shame, but HitPay is still very good. I’ll just continue logging in through browser platforms

Fraud; do not use this company
Do not trust these scammers. They increase the fees without prior notifications. They lock funds without providing a rationale. Employees are extremely rude and not helpful. These Scammers need to learn a lesson.

The customer service officer don’t reply our WhatsApp at all. And no proper assistance given to us.
More room for improvements
Overall app functions well. However, I have tried to reach out to customer support and suggested for them to include the ability to enter the customer name into the receipt but the important suggestion has yet to be implemented. There is no point for a receipt if there’s no way to specify who the payer is. Hope the app development team can take note of this. Thank you

Scammers, stealing the money!!
I made a registration on HitPay and connected HitPay to my Shopify web, passed all registration proses, HitPay approved all documents and payment methods start to work. Some costumer purchased my item and made a transaction. Money “fell” into HitPay account. Transaction was made April 5, 2023. Now it’s May 2, 2023. But I can not do payout and get my money to my real bank account. I texted HitPay many times, but nobody answered me. And it’s already more than 3 weeks HitPay ignores me and doesn’t do payout transaction, doesn’t answer to my messages. So my money stuck at HitPay account. I conclude that they are scammers and thieves!!

Worst customer support ever seen
I tried to contact them since 14 days. I send them messages from Dashboard, Contact Page also through email. I tried everything to connect with them. Still not responding anyone.

Payment methods
Ability to use one app for all payment methods including card reader, Paynow and etc is quite useful.
