My Trip Issue
I logged in to the app. My trip will only show past trips.
Failed not find my upcoming trips.
After I provided my booking reference and name, it showed my trip once. The next time I logged in, again it failed to find my trip automatically.
Worse, it will not show me the trip even after I entered my booking information again, because it had already been added.
Total failure of regression testing.

Can’t Check Out
App doesn’t even work. Soon as you select the expire my date in the cc details the app crashes. The website also turns up an app error. I spent a few hours literally just trying to buy a ticket. Decided to try the app, and does not work. It’s making me reconsider even going to HK now since I can’t even buy a ticket there.

チェックインさせて下さい
パスポートのスキャンがまったく出来ません。使えないのであれば最新の機能など使わないで欲しいです。ならば手打ちで、といっても手打ちでも何度やってもエラーが出ます。どうやったらチェックインさせて貰えるのでしょうか。

マトモに動作しない。ひどい。オンラインチェックインも出来ない。頻繁に真っ白な画面になり、戻ると入力がきえてきる。誰がこんなクソアプリ作ったのか。航空会社のイメージダウンにつながると思う。

What is the point of this app? The screen doesn’t format correctly on an iPhone 15 Pro Max so I cannot reach some of the buttons; I’m forced to go back to the browser. Trying to connect my CX account via the app resulted in constant “not authorized” error messages so back to the browser for that too. Useless.

Nothing works. I can log into my Cathay account just fine but it is impossible to link this account to Cathay. It doesn't accept credit cards. Even Apple Pay doesn't work. They would probably double their profits if they had a functional system
Damaged Baggage
Arrived at 2am in HND to find my bags completely destroyed. 0 representatives around at that hour. Contacted the airline via email to be told they didn’t cover zippers per their policy. They must have a visually impaired employee reviewing cases since my bags zippers were intact and the bags were dented with broken wheels. My bags were also tampered with and items were missing. I’ve flown all over the world for the past 15 years and I’ve never experienced anything like this!

Why does my app does not work after the update
I updated to the new version as soon as i was informed, but even after the update the application keeps telling me I need to update. Why is this happening??

After hitting the pay button, the app stuck in the UI showing 5 plane icon and never get out and you can never get out of this situation

App is glitchy (mismatched currencies), doesn’t save information inputted, times out too quickly, and 3 different cards were declined.
