I cannot find a way to pay for the tickets having entered the 2 passcodes

Same issue. I’m unable to download the tickets i paid for. I want my tickets. Sort it out. Customer service have stopped responding to me too.

I am living in China and can’t get the SMS code needed to access the ticket I bought
Looks like a scam to me
No contact. Have purchased the ticket but can not download and no proper contact of Tixserve. Better stay away from this.
Does not work with overseas numbers!
I have purchased and paid for two tickets and this app cannot send an SMS to my overseas number. My friend who has a Hong Kong number has had no such issue. Sort it out please, I want the tickets I paid for!
