Worst APP ever
If I could give a negative zero I would. Have not been able to get app to generate pass code so I can log in to app.
Terrible app and product
If I could give it less than a star I would… the app is supposed to notify if the litter box needs anything.. it does not. It is written with broken English so it is hard to understand. The litter box has gone on a rampage on me multiple times dumping all the litter on the floor and then my cat uses the bathroom elsewhere because it gets stuck in a cycle and doesn’t stop rotating. I will never buy another product again!

The app is not working properly
I can’t connect to the device , I do everything like described but it just “wait a second”. WTH ?
One more thing. I tried to install the app on my android, but there is no email registration. Messages don’t come for verification.

AWFUL!!!
This app and product have the worst out-of-the-box experience I can remember. The flow is broken! it forces the user out to settings (why would a kitty litter machine require Siri/search and location access?), but when you return the app controls become unresponsive. If you luck your way to the next screen, often buttons overlap entry fields (it was so bad that could submit this feedback via the app’s feedback screen).
Overall, if I had purchased this thing I’d be furious and screaming for a refund. However, I set it up for my mother so you get a polite message instead. To wit, you should be embarrassed by how bad this is.
