App not fit for purpose
Downloaded app to secure gig tickets.. no QR evident . App asked me to update a new version then says I am not connected to internet! At home with excellent WiFi and device easily able to achieve this simple process but still no tickets or response from support team

What’s the point of the App if you don’t sent the tickets
Having not received the e ticket through to the App I contacted customer services, was told I would receive the ticket to the app that day, no sign of the ticket coming though to the app today, the night before the event. If you’re gonna make people download an app to get the ticket then at least actually make sure it works ands tickets are sent through in advance to cause less stress to customers!

Ticket App
I received email saying my tickets have been sent to the app and to download it . I’ve downloaded the app but it will not open . I’ve deleted and reloaded the app several times but to no avail ! Don’t know how I can access my tickets

I think it is a good app to review tickets but I got 2 texts saying this exact thing:

Now, I never made a ticket including my name or phone number. I installed the app it told me to (this one) and it only shown a advertised ticket.
