Downloaded the app, and as I went to open it, it flashed open and then crashed/disappeared.
Crashes after opening
This is a true black hole, no star app. It crashes and closes after displaying its virtual concierge splash screen. Based on a review a year earlier I’d say this app is not getting updated in any significant manner. And yes, running the latest IOS.
