#Partner Cancels #Support cancels / reschedule #Disappointing and Irresponsible Customer Handling

This was an unacceptable experience. The cleaning partner cancelled just 20 minutes before the scheduled time, and the support team showed no initiative to resolve the issue—merely advising me to cancel instead. Such behaviour demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers’ time. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, with corrective action to prevent such unprofessional conduct in the future.

Never book home shifting services from NoBroker. At the time of booking, they offer attractive discounts, but once the shifting starts, they charge a hefty additional amount midway. On top of that, there is absolutely no proper support during or after the service.
In my case, the vendor demanded ₹4,000 extra and also asked for a ₹500 tip. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. It’s better and more reliable to book directly with a local vendor rather than going through NoBroker.

Worst experience

I have booked full house cleaning but they haven’t even clean the dust and I can see spider web and dust on the walls I don’t know how your cleaning. Your saying you have trained and professional partners but I have shown them how to clean and I have cleaned and shown them still they haven’t cleaned properly I feel I have wasted my money and time with NoBroker the escalation team also not supportive

Extremely poor quality of the mobile application

I tried to book an AC service but the app quality is so poor that the location got stuck after which the app’s user experience is really very bad. After payment the app gets stuck at the progress page, neither it’s showing orders not the homepage.

Get your app tested properly and then release it with fixes.

Pathetic home cleaning service and customer support also not supportive

I booked home cleaning service from them firstly they were very good and cleaning was fine but as the day passed their manner to clean the things changed they started hurrying and i have a dining table which they did not clean at all also the sofas they just vaccum them without any shampooing or anything also the dust marks and other stains are as it is.
As i was travelling for work so when i returned back i took the matter with customer support but they refused any assistance on pretext that 24 hours have passed.
Such unprofessional service and behaviour suggest to go for some other cleaning service vendor and do not opt for services from No Broker at all

* Terrible House Painting Experience with NoBroker **

NoBroker's house painting service was an absolute disaster. Their customer service was unresponsive and unprofessional. The painters they sent lacked expertise and attention to detail, leaving paint splatters all over my belongings. The quality of work was subpar, with uneven walls and visible streaks. The project took much longer than promised, with frequent delays and no-shows. To top it off, the pricing was exorbitant for the poor service provided. I strongly discourage anyone from using NoBroker for house painting. Look elsewhere for a reliable and competent painting service. They don’t have feedback mechanisms for their painting partners and they are don’t care about the job. Customer care of Nobroker are worst. Highly not recommend
