Great app

Just started, but feeling great after completing workouts. There is a sense of accomplishment for completing a little bit of sweat buildup, and some muscles that obviously need to become become more limber and strong.. this seems like the right app to do that

Dividir planes de entrenamiento por zonas del cuerpo

Me gusta el app, pero me gustaría que los planes personalizados que genera, hagan que por ejemplo un día sea de brazos, el siguiente de abdomen, luego el siguiente de piernas y así sucesivamente ya que al entrenar todas las partes del cuerpo todos los días no puede ser óptimo ha y agregar la opción de mancuernas rusas sería genial

My body hurts but in a good way great app helping me a lot, but some exercises do not seem to add to my completed daily list and only saying I’ve done the daily exercise but nothing more.

It’s says no equipment needed and then uses weights during the exercise routine

Excellente application gratuite avec les timer pour les exos et les repos avec la musique en fond c’est parfait pour ce remettre en forme à la maison. Espérons que l’application restera gratuite à l’avenir. Merci aux développeurs vous faites du bon boulot !
