Worst roadside assistance app ever
This is just beyond the worst company ever they will have you waiting forever for roadside assistance I canceled my membership. I would never use this company again. I will be starting a Facebook group about how bad this company is. If you guys are looking for a good roadside assistance. Use AAA you would not be disappointed.

Horrible plan! Never recommend.
I have this service from my job and used it twice, every single time I’ve used it there has always been an issue. People are rude on the phone and they have hidden charges that should be covered. Like “unlimited road side gas assistance” but you still have to pay for gas... I ordered a gas service at 6:30pm they didn’t get to me until 8:30pm and then when they got there said I had to pay. Horrible horrible horrible. Stick with AAA

Unreliable
I’ve had to use this device twice now. Once I locked my keys in my car. Scheduled on the app, waited 45 minutes and no one showed. Called after an hour and a half, was on hold for 20 minutes. Machine said I would get a call back and I never did. Finally get ahold of the towing company and they told me they don’t even service my area or have anyone available. Was able to get my spare key in the two and a half hours I waited. Second time needed a tow, no one ever showed up. Get a call 4 hours later about a tow truck. Ridiculous!

Garbage app and website
Service good but the app and website are no good. You can’t do anything on them because it’s extremely glitchy and will not let u go where u need to go.
Worse Roadside assistance ever
I don’t recommend this service. I called for roadside assistance at 4:28 pm. I was stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere and I express that several times to the people on the phone and the tow truck company. 9:07 pm and the tow truck is just now picking my car up. The tow truck company clerk kept giving me false ETAs and I was still stranded! This is not the first time this has happened! Previously It happened to my son as well he called at 7:00 am and no one came at all. I called at 9:00 am and they canceled my service call without my knowledge. I am very upset due to the fact that your company refused to call a different tow company. The lady I talked to said that she would find another company and call me back but she never called back. I am not happy and someone has to fix the issues that this company has. This is unacceptable. Horrible service plan. I will be canceling and getting AAA.

Do not waste your money with this app/program. Was told towing goes with person and not vehicle. All their claims for reimbursement for towing is a lie. Has had 3 separate claims denied for ridiculous reason. Don’t waste your money. Paying them for nothing.

Stay far far away from this program. This is a fake AAA I waited 4 hours to get picked up with kids in the car when my car broke down.. apart from this I had to pay a additional fee. All the representatives are some country folk that don’t know what they’re doing and will laugh on the phone. Horrible company.

3 hours and counting
At the time of this review I sat for 3 hours waiting on fuel. Just to be told that the emergency fuel I have to pay for, and the providers that are in my area won’t bring it to me. I have had 3 providers call me and then cancel because the company won’t pay them the service charge. This is a waste of money.

By far the worst company ever. You only get one tow a year anything over a certain mileage you have to pay. And also the tow companies they use are shady and change prices whenever they feel the need too.

The Worst
This is trash! I’ve literally been waiting for an hour 30 mins for someone to arrive when my car ran out of gas on the side of a highway. After waiting an Hour I was shot a text message saying that someone will arrive in 30 mins... I called the number they gave me for my Service Provider and they told me that HomeAutoPlus never called them back for my information.

Read the fine print if you can find it
Be sure to understand that if you have two keys for a vehicle and only lose one it is considered your spare that you lost and they will not cover it. You must lose your one and only key.
