Poor interface
Dear developers, would be possible to change the font and background colors or at least change it to dark mode, because light blue and white fonts is difficult to read or distinguish the preset massage. A small review of the GUI will be greatly appreciated!!

Good hardware, lousy app
Unfortunately none of the pre-programmed meditations work. If you try to create your own custom program, there is no way to save.
Not reliable
I have had to download this app 3 times. It keeps freezing up!
Fix the bugs in the app
Got the foot massager for Christmas 2019. Downloaded the app and as I’m seeing in the reviews the app only worked once. But once the app is closed out it will not re-sync to be usable. Wish the app would work. Fix the app and the massager gets all 5 stars bc the foot massager is awesome.
Buggy App
This latest version of the app is buggy. You cannot power off the device or change any settings. Closing out the app and reopening does nothing. And as mentioned before Bluetooth does not connect right away.
Foot massager
The application won’t actually open. It flashes then auto closes. So I’m not able to use it. By the way I just installed the app less than 24 hours ago.
Just stopped working
Got the app a year ago and it worked fine. Recently it hasn’t worked AT ALL!!! Erases all of my created massages and has yet to connect! Please do something.

Money well spent. Exactly what I need when I get one of those irritating knots in my back!!!
Doesn’t work half the time.
I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app several times for it to work and even doing that doesn’t work all the time
Can’t connect
Installed as soon as I got it and it worked. But right after that, it kept turning off. Then, it kept flipping the switch off on the app. I deleted it and now it says it can connect by Bluetooth!!! What the heck???
Update it ! Great WHEN IT WORKS!
As said ! This app is great when it works ! The “blue tooth” implementation is very inefficient and does not work on the iPhone if there are more than one Bluetooth device on! Please update this app !
This just doesn’t work anymore
Once you’ve connected with The massager, it never reconnects again. Please look into this because this is a big deal and I would love to use the app rather than having to bend over to turn on my foot massager

Sometimes I’ve been having to restart the app to connect to the chair. I wish it had more preset options. App comes with only 3 preset massages. To me they seem complicated to custom design. So I wish there were more various preset massages to choose from.
Doesn’t work anymore
I had a few different custom programs and used the app regularly, but apparently they updated the app and now all my information is gone and the app won’t even recognize my massager anymore.
Worked for a while, then it quit
So disappointed. I really liked the app when it worked. Now the Bluetooth is not pairing with it. Nothing has changed- same phone, same massage chair.

Flaky Software
Remote software fails to pair with the foot massager more often than not. Product pretty much useless to me without the remote. Will return.
App does not allow controls
I actually exchanged my HoMedics Foot Massager because I thought it was the device not offering a proper Bluetooth Signal to allow me to use my phone as a controller. Second one works worse than the first...Don’t advertise that you have a Bluetooth controller unless it works! Machine is good though.

It works nothing special about it
This app would be great if somehow your remote that came with the unit stopped working.
Also the font is ridiculously small when you get to trying to customize your actual massage. Way too small way too late to read. If we are old enough to need a massager we are old enough to need glasses.
They advertise on the box being able to customize your personal massage, but when you actually go into that section you can't start with one mode for so many minutes move to another mode for so many minutes on each different body parts. As soon as you add five minutes say to the neck in One Direction and then you want the next five in the other direction there's no way to do that on the program. It's one or the other.
What I'd like to be able to do was use the remote that came with it go through my 15 minute massage with the changes I make and save that data via the app. Then I would have my true customized massage.
