Total Scam!!
I was initially offered a trial for premium features tied to a yearly subscription. However, after the trial period, I was effectively locked into maintaining the premium plan, as the platform does not allow users to downgrade to a cheaper option. As a result, I was charged $149 for the year without a clear or accessible path to select a more suitable plan.
I missed the charge on my card, and none HomiQ, because I was away on vacation; which is why I bought a camera for my aquarium. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that any change to a lower-cost or monthly subscription would require escalation to their engineering team. Unfortunately, no immediate resolution was provided, and my request for a refund was denied on the basis that the charge exceeded their two-day refund window.
Overall, the experience felt restrictive and lacked transparency regarding subscription flexibility and customer support resolution.

I’d give a 5 but…
I’d give a 5 but the only annoying thing I don’t like is when you try to go to live feed, it takes FOREVER on the “loading” screen before seeing what’s happening. And by the time it finally loads to live feed, it’s as if nothing was ever there.

Order the window camera and it serves its purpose. I like the picture quality and the functionality of the app

have to reset it every couple of days cause it don’t detect anything, along with recording to sd card. when going back to look at video on sd card says nothing is there when i know something is there cause my gigs on sd card is used
Playback sucks
I am not able to view all the videos, and the ones that appear to work, they do not show the full clip. If you want people to think your house is being monitor, these work great, but in reality they sucks because you cannot see older videos or the current notifications. Yes, I do have the approved SD and it still makes no difference.
