I’d give a 5 but the only annoying thing I don’t like is when you try to go to live feed, it takes FOREVER on the “loading” screen before seeing what’s happening. And by the time it finally loads to live feed, it’s as if nothing was ever there.

have to reset it every couple of days cause it don’t detect anything, along with recording to sd card. when going back to look at video on sd card says nothing is there when i know something is there cause my gigs on sd card is used
Playback sucks
I am not able to view all the videos, and the ones that appear to work, they do not show the full clip. If you want people to think your house is being monitor, these work great, but in reality they sucks because you cannot see older videos or the current notifications. Yes, I do have the approved SD and it still makes no difference.

Can’t look at live video
I was gifted the camera so I could watch my frogs while I was away. I’m now unable to watch the live video. All it does is say it’s connecting and never connects.

Received this as a gift; bought the SIM card; can’t find any training videos. Very disappointed with the playback or storage. The app keeps pushing the subscription. Very disappointed. The HomeiQ is Not user-friendly.

Can’t see any recordings and at times there is activity going on and it won’t capture it.

Terrible product, terrible support, terrible app. The cameras do not work correctly and their response was they ship it to the manufacturer, 2 months ago.
