The app is very easy to understand. Easy to navigate through the selection of banking options. The easiest of all my bank apps. The only drawback is takes time (10 minutes or more) to update balances when you move money around. But if I log off and back in then I see the updates. Otherwise I love this app.

Could be better.
The last Honda app was much more user-friendly and better member focused. Making a mortgage payment has less options now that a 3rd party services handling mortgage payments. This 3rd party will not apply weekly payments immediately, inputting payments with cents is cumbersome, and is slow to process payments. The app does not immediately reflect payments. HFCU is no longer the friendly, local credit union it once was and the app reflects that. Terrible.
