Can’t do as much you like bigger banks. It’s not very friendly with external banks. This credit unions is very smaller than some of the credit union banks.

It would be nice if the app allowed you to freeze your card or give notifications for travel rather than calling customer service.
App Keeps Showing a False Error Message
I’ve been unable to access my account because the app continuously displays an error message, even though there is nothing wrong with my login credentials or account. It appears there is a glitch or technical issue within the app itself.
No matter how many times I try, I receive the same error and cannot connect or view my account information. This is extremely frustrating, especially when I need access to my banking services.
What concerns me even more is the impact this may have on older customers. I am fairly comfortable with technology, and even I cannot get past this issue. I can only imagine how discouraging and stressful this must be for elderly men and women or anyone who struggles with technology. It must be very upsetting to repeatedly try to access your own account and feel like you’re doing something wrong when, in reality, the problem appears to be with the app.
Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. A banking app should be reliable, accessible, and functional for all customers. At the moment, this app is failing to provide even basic account access. ☆☆☆☆
