I’ve tried downloading and registering on the app multiple times but each time it comes up with error cannot connect to host. Looks like nothings changed in the last 2 years with this app!! What’s the point in leaving a review of your not going to do anything about it!!

I think it’s a scam app that collects your info as it prompts you to create an account and never creates one.

I bought a house with Honeywell Home thermostats. I tried to register an account with the app, but it wouldn’t let me. I keep getting an error that the host cannot be found. The app hasn’t been updated in 4 years.

This app will not allow you to register as it hasn’t updated in 4 years, just don’t bother. It waisted vital time and money for the thermostat just don’t waist your time.

Switch to the Residio App
The Honeywell website says this app is defunct and that the Honeywell Home App is now the Resideo App. They really should have mentioned that here and in this app itself so that people don’t get confused

This app is broken.

This app does not work for me. I found that the Resideo App seems to have replaced it and this otherapp works well for my Honeywell T9 Thermostat.
