Glitch
No longer able to scan my tickets in the app. Every time I click the link that normally opens the reader so I can scan my tickets, the app simply closes itself down. It’s been doing these to me for a 2 weeks straight now and it’s very disappointing and frustrating (esp after becoming so accustomed to scanning and double checking all tickets before disposal or cashing them in $$$) 🥺

My playslips keep getting deleted
Every time I open this app my saved playslips are gone. It did not used to do this. VERY ANNOYING.
Edit: It just did it again. WHY does this app KEEP “forgetting” my saved playslips?
Who asked for it to do this? Please update the app and fix this. It’s takes too long to re-enter all of my numbers - I’m going to just go back to the paper scan sheets. This is unacceptable.

Scan Feature Rarely Works
While this app is convenient for building & storing play slips, the scan feature rarely works - especially for scratch offs. A frustrating and useless feature that may as well not exist at all!

I think the best part of this app is that it downloaded quickly other than that the scanner doesn’t even work sat here for over 30 minutes, trying to scan a barcode and scanner doesn’t even work one of the worst apps ever once again messing up
