Does the basic functions, but for the cost (nearly $400) of the thermostat, the app should tell the outside temperature and humidity as well.

Great WiFi Thermostat App
Using Hoot WiFi to control King Pic-A-Watt 240volt heater and a King K902-B WiFi line voltage smart thermostat in our greenhouse. Very configurable and dependable. So far it’s been flawless. Nice job
