Hoppers terrible customer service
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Hopper. I booked a Le Mans Suite at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, but when we arrived, Hooper booked the wrong room. It was just a regular 2 queen room. After over an hour on the phone with their agents, constantly being put on hold (often 10 to 20 minutes at a time), even though the agent said 3-5 minutes. they kept blaming me for the issue, even though the mistake was theirs. After another long hold, they admitted it was their error, but said they only “MIGHT” be able to help with the upcharge. Once we found out it would cost $350 extra per room, Hopper completely backed out, saying no way, and then only offered me a $50 credit. This is absurd; they should have covered the $350 as promised. I will never use Hopper again and

this app scammed my family we drove over 8 hours to the hotel just to find out that this app has scammed 14 people including us. we were able to get our money back but we are now stuck at the beach with no place to stay. there is an active investigation on it but they need to shut the app down!

Saved me a whole bunch of moneys even though I thought it was sketch at first. Used this app twice once for flights and the other for a hotel booking. Decently priced rooms and flights. Would recommend to er’body whose trying to save $$$

Incessant notifications about deals about hotels and cars after I booked a flight. I don’t need 4 notifications a day about deals for 3 weeks prior to my flight.
