I just love it because it make my life more easy i just set the dates and the app works for me, it keeps me up to date in prices.
Terrible customer service and unfair travel credit
I purchased tickets through Hopper and later had to cancel my trip. Instead of receiving a refund, I was given future travel credit that I don’t find useful. I contacted customer support seven times, but unfortunately, none of the representatives were able to resolve my issue or provide a helpful solution.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. After dealing with this level of customer service, I will not be using Hopper again and would not recommend it to others.

Scam
I’ve used hopper twice now to book trips and both times the place or room did not match the description. The first booking was New Orleans and i selected a room that included a garden tub. When I got there I had to pay another additional $150 for the room with garden tub.
I tried to contact support they did nothing.
Latest was in Biloxi at twin star lodge which did not match the description including the “on site laundry” which was rusted out coin washer and dryer outside.
The “private balcony” was the hotel balcony to the stairs.
Oh and did I mention the whole place smelled like hot garbage and the ac did not work?! The man at the front desk took my room card back after 15 minutes and agreed to a refund which they then denied when hopper sent the request. I’ve called hopper lots of time to resolve this and get the run around. They are allowing these places with outdated photos and unverified “amenities” to take money from people and not provide the service or place they say.

Why do you need my credit card number when I use a gift card? I’m going to insist that Hopper explains that.
Delete it
This used to be a great free app with trip watch and vacation planning. They have become so money grabbing now that you are not able to price watch without a $60 charge. I just deleted it and recommend you don’t waste your time downloading it. There are much better apps available.

Scammed and no support from the platform
I was scammed in Warsaw Poland by a guy who claimed on the losing description king size bed. The place had 1 full size bed and the host - Polish guy was extremely rude about this. When I called to the platform support I got 0 help and no action had been taken against the host or the listing.
