They don't care about the customer. They don't advocate for customers either. They are an extended customer service of each hotel.
Really bad experience with it.

Amazing prices and service

I have been using Hopper for years now. It’s efficient, easy to locate flights based on needs (best prices, one way trips, etc) and I already purchased the trip cancellation plan and received a full refund for my flight that was delayed by 4 hours. It was as easy as clicking a button. I recommend this app to everyone I know. Customer service is also very helpful!

A great way to have it all
