My go-to for flying home
I use Hopper to book all my flights home to see my family. The user experience is great, very pleasant design and easy to use. I’m also able to set alerts so it only lets me know when is the best time to buy.

If I could rank zero stars I would
I canceled a flight on July 3 and was supposed to receive a refund. Hopper attempted to send a refund to a card that is no longer active so the transaction was declined. I was told to wait 10 to 13 business days for the funds to be returned to Hopper, so they can resend the refund to my current card.
I waited. Nothing.
Since then, I have called at least six times over the past month every single conversation ends the same way.
“It’s still processing”
“We’re escalating it”
“Call your bank”
My bank has repeatedly confirmed that they have never received the refund. Meanwhile, Hopper cannot tell me where my money is, who is handling the issue or when the issue will actually be resolved. It has now been over a month. The flight has come and gone, and I still don’t have my refund.
The most frustrating part is the lack of ownership every represent me the same scripted response, but no one seems empowered to actually solve the problem. I asked one representative Hopper provides if they can’t solve issues like this, and even he could not give me a clear answer.
At this point, I’m left wondering if my only option is to pursue legal action simply to recover money, I should have been refunded weeks ago. They offered me a $20 voucher instead of my initial refund.
I will never use Hopper again and I strong caution, others before booking through them.

I sat here and paid for a premium room on hopper the transaction went through . But for some odd reason I had to verify something , I called hopper for them to tell me the room is fully booked and I’ll have to wait for my refund. Now I am stuck in New York thinking my room would be booked . To figure out my room was sold last minute????? Hopper is the worst app to ever book a hotel , rentals , nor even book trips !
