Great app, not enough parks
This app is great, was using in Rhodes however the service is lacking in the avaible parks. Still adding a 20 min walking journey that could of been halved at the numerous public stores near accomodation,

None of the parkings are working in Zakhyntos. We ended up going around and around looking for parking but none worked. Spent 15€ on a rout that should have cost 4€.
Good experience
Used in Rhodes to get back from the supermarket. The App is easy to use. Accepts Apple Pay. No helmet needed. Had the wife on the back. 13 minute ride for €4.90 - really can’t complain at that. Will probably use again. Thanks.
Complete waste of money and time
Do not use this brand!! They have completely given up on any kind of maintenance, 90% of their scooters don’t work.That’s not an exaggeration, every time we started a session. We had to test out at least six scooters before finding one that worked. and the problem is it looks like it’s got battery, but then, when you start riding it doesn’t move. this scooter app literally ruined our trip to Gibraltar because we spent 2 to 3 hours trying to find proper scooters to get around. The parkings are all super far from each other, so if you get a broken scooter, you can’t do anything about it. also, it forces you to have a helmet clicked in before you can and ride, but some of the scooters don’t even have helmets and so they keep charging you.Do not use this app! It is absolute garbage

Too expensive
Yesterday was my first time riding it. I wasn’t sure how to do it how to end right and yesterday for 1 km right that I should be paying £2.30. I pay paid £13.50 today my bike wouldn’t work so I had to go back to the station and I ended. So my experience so far in regards to pricing it’s not great however today I really enjoyed riding it for the second time.

Need more parking zones
Pretty good. Better than Volta.
Been using these in Kos; loads of scooters and loads of places to park / pick up. Even the half-battery ones had loads of range (>20km). Price is a tad high - can be cheaper to get taxi if two or more of you. Top speed is a bit too low (~20kph max but they often top out lower) - if they went 26-28 max would be great.
Better than Volta as they are cheaper and the app doesn’t lock you out for 12 hours if you look away for a second when starting a ride.
The phone mount is better than the competitor brands too - more secure and better for large phones.

Worst public transport app of all time
This app steals your money, they make you pay 1 euro to just unlock the scooter. And then they have loads of parking spaces that are highlighted in GREEN, however when a parking space contains more than 5 or 6 scooters it’s suddenly “full” and you cannot park your scooter there, so you have to search for another one while they rack up money for the time your wasting finding another spot. They do not differentiate between full or available parking spots on the app, so they want to rinse you. Horrible predatory app I hope the company goes bankrupt.

not what i expected to pay and at the end when of my ride when i had to take a photo of the scooter to show proof that i had left it in place it said that the helmet was missing even though it wasn’t and has taken 30 euros out of my account

Signed up, used a scooter for less than 5km on a promenade and it cost more than a taxi! Will stick with walking

Do not use. Purchased two day passes for me and my partner in Gibraltar - after the first ride my partners bike would not end the ride because it kept saying the helmet was missing, which it was not, it was back in and it locked. Because the trip would not end we couldn’t do any more travelling on the scooters, customer chat was down and the email support was not operating on the weekend. I’ve had to freeze the purchase card for fear of them taking more money. As I’m writing this it’s been three hours and the trip is still active. Waste of money, ruined the fun.
