Useless
My ride ended itself after one minute with no warning - I was still charged. Apple Pay doesn’t work. PayPal doesn’t work (it uses the sandbox, not the live PayPal integration… did no one test it?). The link to the customer support page doesn’t work. Insanely bad.

Download the app, put credit on account. Used once all okay, now can’t get in to App. Quotes connection area on high performing WiFi and on 5g. Don’t use this app!

The service was closed and the money is not returned
I live in Nottingham and the company closed its service here. There is money left on the balance, but the company refuses to return it.
