Scooter didn’t work but still charged

Min £5 euro balance to begin a scooter ride so topped up then the scooter didn’t even work unless it was me that couldn’t start it either way I was charged for not using it soon as balance drops below 5 euro you can’t use another scooter unless you top up another 5 euro. Get a taxi!

3 of us had problems registering on the app. Mine didn’t go through at all and then hit maximum of 12 attempts.

Scooter didn’t accelerate, no provision to request refund, support email bounced back, don’t use!

Was supposed to be €9.99 for 24 hours but charged me and my boyfriend each €17 for 45 minutes and we only used them 20 minutest to go to a shop and back .
